The Guidance Note provides a full overview of the Greek legal regime on whistleblowing schemes, outlines the requirements for their lawful operation and examines privacy-related challenges, such as the subject matters that should be covered by such schemes, the permissibility of anonymous reporting and the conflicting interests of the whistleblowers and the reported persons.
