Our Data Protection & Cybersecurity practice has recently contributed the Greek chapter to the GDPR Guide to National Implementation launched by White & Case.
The purpose of the guide is to enable organisations to quickly and easily identify the major issues that are subject to national implementation and compare those issues across the member states in which they operate. To that end, the guide provides two functionalities: (a) a comparison of the national provisions on the treatment of the matters that the member states may introduce derogations, and (b) a detailed report of the national laws of each member state framing the GDPR.
