Talent Acquisition & Development Professional

We are looking to hire a committed and service minded HR professional to join our HR Department.

The Role 

  • Participation in recruiting of our associates, following up on the process and cooperating with the HR Partners
  • Creation and development of recruitment tools [assessment, tests etc.]
  • Constantly seeking new ways to build relationships with career offices, universities and recruitment agencies
  • Monitoring of the orientation of the new associates
  • Organizing training & development programs based on needs assessment 
  • Consulting with management and HR Partners for feedback on the awareness level of all associates re: organization policies, procedures, tools
  • Coordinating and facilitating corporate training programs 
  • Selecting teaching aids that assist in training, such as handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, webinars, and computer tutorials, among others


  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment and development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, tenacity & ability to develop relations
  • Excellent judgment & decision making skills
  • Good planning and time-management skills
  • Results focus, self-confidence, personal drive and energy


  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resources
  • Excellent command of written and spoken professional English 
  • Excellent use of MS Office
  • Experience on HR programs/software
