The thematic coverage of the conference was multidisciplinary as the four-panel subjects covered Horizontal Cartels, Vertical restrictions and Abuse of dominant position (Antitrust), Merger control and State Aid.
Daphne’s speech focused on the Commission’s stance through recent negative State-Aid decisions on tax rulings, relevant EU tax harmonization questions and the Greek impact.
