Celebrating a major milestone | Successful completion of the Daedalus HPC award

Zepos & Yannopoulos advised Hewlett Packard Enterprise on its successful participation in the international tender procedure which has recently resulted in the award of the contract for the supply and installation of a high-performance computing (HPC) system at the Lavrion Technological Park. Our team provided full-fledged support throughout the tender preparation process and advised on matters pertaining to the contractual arrangement to be eventually entered into by the successful bidder. This project is set to boost the development and competitiveness of Greece's research-technology-innovation ecosystem and will be recognized as one of the most prominent hypercomputing systems in Europe.

Our team was led by Sofia Chatzigiannidou, head of Public Procurement and Concessions, working together with Nasia Gkouma, partner, and assisted by Dimitris Machaliotis and Sofia Telonaki, associates. The tax aspects of the project were handled by our tax team led by Maria Zoupa, head of Corporate Tax, with the assistance of Diana Tsourapa, partner. We are proud to have contributed to a successful outcome for our client and look forward to seeing this cutting-edge system come to life.
