Zepos & Yannopoulos successfully represented a leading IT company in claiming the refund of unduly withheld royalties tax of a total amount of up to €1,3 M, on the grounds of the I&R Directive. The Court affirmed that only the legal form of the recipient company is decisive for the exemption to be granted.
