Zepos & Yannopoulos acted as Greek legal counsel to Le Collectionist, a Paris-based rental company with luxury homes across six continents, with the acquisition of The Greek Villas, Greece’s leading luxury villa operator following a very successful record-breaking year for The Greek Villas in 2022. The acquisition is part of its long-term strategy to grow the brand through acquisitions in new markets, and to consolidate its leadership in existing destinations while it signals the entrance of Le Collectionist in the Greek market. Zepos & Yannopoulos team worked closely with Gide Loyrette Nouel.
