We are pleased to announce that Zepos & Yannopoulos has advised Piraeus Bank in the successful completion of the sale of 100% of Piraeus Direct Solutions to Mellon Technologies. The transaction also involved the renewal and amendment of the servicing agreement between Piraeus Direct Solutions and Piraeus Group entities, securing the continuous provision of call center services to Piraeus Group's clientele.
The strategic alliance between Piraeus Bank and Mellon Technologies is set to enhance the quality and efficiency of Piraeus call center services, leveraging Mellon's extensive experience, technical expertise, and domain knowledge.
