Zepos & Yannopoulos advised the shareholders of Athens Vision, the leading ophthalmologic center in Athens, on its strategic partnership with Sanoptis, a predominant player in the ophthalmological field. The completion of the transaction allows Athens Vision, as a member of the Sanoptis network, to expand the range of medical services in ophthalmology and drive the development of cross-site “best practices”.
Our firm assisted on all aspects of the transaction, including the drafting and negotiation of the transactional and ancillary documentation.
