Zepos & Yannopoulos advises Bain Capital Credit on acquiring shares of Piraeus Bank Group’s leasing subsidiary Sunshine Leases

Zepos & Yannopoulos advised Bain Capital Credit in connection with the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Piraeus Bank Group’s leasing subsidiary Sunshine Leases, which owns a portfolio of non-performing financial leases with €0.5 bn gross book value as at 30 September 2022. Closing is subject to standard regulatory approvals, including consent by the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund.
