Our Real Estate team, headed by Sonia Melegou, advised The Grid S.A., a joint venture of Brook Lane Capital and Noval Property on the long-term lease of two buildings in the new bioclimatic Building Complex which is currently under construction in Marousi to EY in Greece. The office spaces are expected to be delivered in 2025.
