Zepos & Yannopoulos advised SMERemediumCap (SMERC) Investment Fund on its investment in the historical soft drinks company EPSA. The investment aims at the capital reinforcement of EPSA, while at the same time focusing on the upgrade of the company’s production capabilities and facilities and the development of new sales networks and destinations, building upon the wide recognition and customer loyalty of the EPSA brand.

Our firm advised SMERC from the preparatory stages of the transaction, including structuring of the investment, and undertook the drafting and negotiation of all transactional and ancillary documentation.
