Full Biography
Elina leverages her international tax expertise to provide comprehensive advice and strategic guidance to high-net-worth individuals and family offices, on matters related to estate planning and wealth preservation.
She focuses on tax planning for active business assets and investment activities, with a particular emphasis on tax structuring, and commonly advises on a wide range of Greek tax aspects of cross-border transactions and inbound investments, including on real estate, involving both private and corporate clients. Elina is also well versed in the elaboration and implementation of business restructurings, particularly in the context of succession planning.
Her experience in corporate tax and transfer pricing enables her to provide insightful advice on tax implications of ventures with cross-border elements.
Before joining the firm, Elina was employed in DG TAXUD of the European Commission, where she got engaged in infringement cases with regards to direct taxation in Greece, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Portugal and the UK.
Elina is admitted before the Court of First Instance. She was admitted to the Thessaloniki Bar in 2017 and joined our firm later that year.
