Zepos & Yannopoulos assisted Adaptavist Group Ltd, a leader in digital transformation, in the acquisition of Nimaworks Limited, an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner based in Greece and Cyprus. Our firm acted as the local counsel of the purchaser on all aspects of the transaction, including the conduct of legal due diligence, the negotiation of the share purchase agreement and all other ancillary agreements, working hand in hand with DR. K. Chrysostomides & Co LLC on the Cyprus law matters of the project.
