Asc. Professor Dimitris Babiniotis, head of Dispute Resolution, represented our firm at the Lex Mundi Litigation, Arbitration, and Dispute Resolution Practice Group Meeting that took place in Milan earlier this month. Dimitris participated, along with esteemed colleagues, in a panel discussion regarding regional updates from multiple continents, providing valuable information on controversial case law of Greek courts, invalidating arbitration clauses contained in public concession contracts based on the Achmea judgment.
During the constructive Practice Group Meeting participants shared the latest trends in litigation, arbitration law, and cross-border dispute developments.
