Our firm participated at a meeting organized by the Hellenic Association for Procedural Law (HAPL), Greece’s oldest legal scientific association, on November 7th.

Emmanouil Mavrantonakis, associate of our dispute resolution group, delivered a speech on the cassation review of judgments issued in excess of jurisdiction. Addressing intricate matters in both litigation and arbitration, the speech sparked a lively discussion with interventions and questions by renowned law professors and experienced practitioners in the field of dispute resolution.
