Zepos & Yannopoulos publishes Our footprint, a report on Corporate Governance, for fourth consecutive year

For the fourth consecutive year, we are proud to present our report on our footprint in business and the community. We showcase our key initiatives from the past year and the tangible results they’ve delivered.

At the heart of our strategy is purpose – we believe a responsible business must uphold transparency, ethics, accountability and trust in every interaction, whether with our people, our clients or the wider community. We aim to do our part by paying our fair share of taxes, showing zero tolerance for corruption, upholding human rights throughout our supply chain and being a fair employer.

In the report, Head of Corporate Tax, Advisory & Compliance, Maria Zoupa explores how transparent tax strategies build trust while Co-Managing Partner Yerassimos Yannopoulos delves into the transformative power of AI and our commitment to upskilling our people. Furthermore, HR Director Argyro Michopoulou discusses the role of management in safeguarding an organisation’s culture.

We also report on giving back through advocacy, pro bono work, corporate giving and volunteer efforts, built around four key pillars: doing business, education and social welfare, arts and culture, and the environment. We also welcome Sofia Kouvelaki, CEO of The HOME Project, who shares valuable insights on bridging gaps in child protection.

While we continue to grow and generate profit, our goal remains to create shared value – prioritising connections between social and economic progress and addressing community concerns. We hope this report provides a clear view of our impact this year, and we look forward to building on our purpose-driven approach in the years to come.
