Zepos & Yannopoulos successfully represented the international philanthropic organization Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) in the acquisition of property located in the Municipality of Nikaia – Agios Ioannis Rentis, where the Field of Life facility will be developed by 2024, as well as in subsequent legal procedures. The project was led by the head of real estate, partner Sonia Melegou, and the senior associate Anastasia Veneti-Pagoni.
Field of Life was established at the initiative of and with founding support from SNF with the goal of helping young people ages 6-17 discover what they like, grow in character, and strive to achieve their dreams.
