Our firm represented a Greek consortium in a recourse before the Greek Supreme Administrative Court following which the Plenary Chamber of the Court ruled that the imposition of the municipal tax in the Greek prefecture of Dodecanese is not in line with the Greek Constitution and hence the said municipal tax will soon be abolished by the Parliament.
