Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law

• Post graduate degree (LLM or equivalent) will be considered an asset

• Qualified to work as an Attorney at law in Greece

• At least 1-3 years of working experience in the field of Real Estate

• Particular interest to work in real estate exclusively

• Track record of property-related transactions (sales & acquisitions, leases, in rem securities, due diligence of real estate portfolios, real estate advice etc)

• Experience and knowledge of town planning and forest law will be appreciated
   

Skills Required

• Good understanding of clients’ business and needs

• Strong project and contract management skills 

• Ability to multi-task, be organized and resilient  

• Focus to delivering high quality work with commitment to detail

• Highly motivated and dynamic professional 

• Native Greek speaker with excellent command of English Language (oral and written)

• Excellent level of computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Friendly personality, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work efficiently and effectively not only within a team but with all hierarchical levels in the Organization

• Personality with high morale and integrity
