We are currently looking for an energetic, collaborative and motivated Matter Management Administrator to join our Systems & Quality team.
Create new matters according to the relevant procedure
For each new matter review the relevant financial proposal
File (electronic & physical) all relevant correspondence
Update and feed database with all relevant data
Grant access according to the relevant procedure
Perform data entry
Bachelor's degree in Business administration or relevant field
More than 3 years of working experience in a similar role
Experience of working with databases and systems, including inputting and extracting data
Excellent knowledge of the English Language (verbal and written)
Excellent computer skills, with full knowledge of Microsoft office
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
Effective communication and collaboration with all colleagues across organization
Efficiency in working independently and as part of a team
Successful implementation of defined policies and procedures
Efficiency in handling and solving complaints
Personality with high morale and integrity
Experience of working with databases and systems, including inputting and extracting data
