Full Biography
Danai Mini practices corporate and commercial law. She is a member of our energy group providing advice on the energy legal framework, as well as on related regulatory issues and procedures. Danai is involved in due diligence activities and transactional work related to energy M&A projects in Greece.
Her practice includes advice on insurance law matters and is a member of our insurance group.
Danai is admitted before the court of first-instance. She is admitted to the Athens Bar Association since 2020 and joined our firm in 2021.
