Full Biography

Dimitris is a member of our dispute resolution group. His practice focuses on international commercial arbitration (mainly under the ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL and local rules) and complex business litigation spanning a broad range of industry sectors and jurisdictions.

Dimitris is particularly experienced in fact-heavy construction and renewable energy disputes, having also spent four years as a transactional M&A and project development attorney. He regularly acts for clients in disputes arising out of SPAs, SHAs, JVAs, DSAs, financing agreements, grid sharing agreements, offtake agreements (including cPPAs), EPC(M) agreements, supply agreements (including module supply and turbine supply and installation agreements) and O&M agreements.

Prior to joining the firm, Dimitris worked at the international arbitration (commercial and investor-state) practices of international law firms in Paris and London, as well as at the ICC (Francophone team, ICA2).

He became a member of the Athens Bar in 2018 and joined our firm in 2023. Dimitris is admitted before the Court of Appeals.
