Full Biography
Elena is a member of our Corporate Law and Compliance practice group. She has experience in corporate law, civil law and compliance matters. She mainly assists clients on general corporate law matters, including company formation, day-to-day business matters, corporate bookkeeping services, as well as on civil & commercial agreements and all types of business transactions.
She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2022 and joined our firm in 2024. Elena is admitted before the Court of First Instance.
