We help our clients, we select the most appropriate and efficient company structures, set up companies, branches and joint ventures, and obtain all required licenses. We also assist them in launching operations or winding-up and reorganise where necessary. Since we operate on a one-stop-shop basis, we offer a comprehensive range of services, ranging from advisory support and drafting shareholders’ agreements and Articles of Association, to obtaining tax registration numbers for non-domestic founders and completing the necessary process for opening bank accounts.
On a day-to-day basis
We assist clients with corporate bookkeeping as well as with identifying and properly managing their corporate law obligations and needs. These include: corporate finance and capital adequacy requirements, corporate distributions and repatriation of profits, registered offices and company premises matters, Board of Directors’ issues, ultimate beneficial owner registration, annual accounts and financial statements, alignment with new corporate law requirements.
