Full Biography
Iliana is a member of our TMT & Data practice and is a part of our corporate/ commercial team. She participates to GDPR audits and compliance projects and advises organizations on data protection law matters with particular focus on ePrivacy issues. Her experience includes reviewing of data processing agreements and drafting of notices and policies for organisations in the IT sector. Iliana also advises on intellectual property and e-commerce law.
She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2021 and joined our firm in 2022. Iliana is admitted before the Court of First Instance.
