Full Biography

Lito is a member of our dispute resolution practice. She acts as counsel in international commercial arbitration proceedings (mainly governed by ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL and local rules), and represents clients before civil courts, with a special focus on cross-border litigation covering the whole range of civil, commercial and corporate disputes and private international law matters. Lito has further provided pre-litigation/arbitral strategic advice to clients and is experienced in developing dispute avoidance strategies. Lito has also specialized in sports arbitration (under CAS) and anti-doping matters (under WADA Code).

Prior to joining the firm, Lito worked as associate attorney at a major law firm of Athens and in the arbitration practices of top-tier international firms in Paris.

Lito serves as Secretary of the ICC Hellas Arbitration Committee and is included in the European Commission’s close list of arbitrators for state-to-state dispute settlement of bilateral trade disputes.

She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2018 and joined our firm in 2024. Lito is admitted before the Court of Appeals.
