Full Biography
Vasilis is a member of our TMT & Data practice and part of our corporate/commercial team. Vasilis supports our Data Protection & Cybersecurity team in various GDPR compliance projects, as well as in M&A due diligence projects. He drafts and negotiates data processing agreements, data protection notices and relevant policies, ensuring compliance with the GDPR and ePrivacy rules.
Vasilis also advises clients on telecoms related regulatory issues, including authorizations, licensing and other notification requirements, revenue reporting, M2M communications and spectrum allocation.
He was admitted to the Thessaloniki Bar in 2023 and joined our firm in 2024. Vasilis is admitted before the Court of First Instance.
