Dimitris Gialouris is a partner of our tax practice. Dimitris’ expertise focuses on tax litigation involving both direct and indirect taxation, as well as matters of interpretation of law, both domestic and international. He has extensive experience in dispute resolution and has successfully pleaded for many disputes on such matters before courts of all instances, including the Supreme Administrative Court.
Dimitris has also provided advice to domestic and multinational companies on direct and indirect tax matters, as well as on administrative and court procedures. His practice includes extensive experience in supporting and representing clients before tax authorities and all stages of tax controversy and he works with clients across many industries, including information technology, pharma, real estate, travel, retail.
He has also published extensively in Greek and International tax law journals on the above-mentioned areas of law, including comments on ECJ case law.
Dimitris is admitted before the Supreme Court and works in Greek, English, French and German.
