Zepos & Yannopoulos successfully represented a major international company in its dispute with a terminated distributor of baby products. The First Instance Multi-Member Court of Athens with its decision 186/2017 rejected the distributor’s lawsuit and ruled on some major legal issues of Agency & Distribution Law in Greece.
