Zepos & Yannopoulos announced today Paris Tzoumas, Partner, as Head of Finance.
Paris has been with the firm for the last 7 years, originally as an associate and senior associate and, since February 2022, as a Partner in the Banking, Finance & Capital Markets team. He has significant experience in advising multinational and domestic clients in structured and project finance mandates across different industries and he regularly advises originators, investors, servicers and other administrative parties in connection with securitisations of commercial and financial receivables.
