Zepos & Yannopoulos firm advised Olympic Brewery regarding its new commercial partnership with Cyclades Microbrewery in Tinos for the exclusive distribution of Nissos’s brewing products. Olympic Brewery is part of Carlsberg Group, one of the largest brewing businesses worldwide, while Cyclades Microbrewery in Tinos is a multi-award winning Greek microbrewery. The cooperation, which also includes the acquisition of a minority stake by Olympic Brewery in Cyclades Microbrewery in Tinos, aims at the expansion of the distribution network and to the further enhancement of Nissos brand presence and awareness both in Greece and abroad.
Our firm advised Olympic Brewery throughout the process on all key parameters of the commercial cooperation, including the negotiation of the transactional documentation.
