Zepos & Yannopoulos has advised Reale Group in the acquisition of an 80% majority stake in Ydrogios Insurance and Reinsurance S.A., a Greek non-life insurance company with an established presence in the motor vehicle insurance sector. The execution of the Share Purchase Agreement through the parent company, Società Reale Mutua Assicurazioni, marks the entry of Reale Group into the Greek insurance market.
Our firm has acted as the exclusive Greek legal counsel to Reale Group throughout the M&A process, from due diligence to advising on all key parameters of the transaction, including the drafting, structuring and negotiation of the transactional documentation.
