Our firm advised Alpha Bank in relation to Project Orbit, a sale of a portfolio of retail unsecured non-performing loans of a total outstanding balance of Euro 2.1 billion and of a total gross book value of Euro 1.3 billion. Zepos & Yannopoulos assisted Alpha Bank from the very preparatory stages of Project Orbit and the submission of binding offers, to the negotiation and execution of the Greek law governed sale and purchase agreement. Closing of the transaction is expected to be completed within Q1 2022.
