By virtue of Ministerial Decision 16135/499, issued on 24 April 2020, the duration of specific support measures for employers and employees is extended.
More specifically:
A. Suspension of obligation to notify changes to working hours
The suspension of employers’ obligation to notify changes to working hours, including overwork and overtime, to ERGANI prior to their implementation, which had been introduced by the legislative act of 11 March 2020, is now further extended until 31 May.
B. Extension of unilateral imposition of remote work system
The employers’ right to unilaterally impose a system of remote work, as introduced by the legislative act of 11 March 2020, is further extended until 31 May.
C. Extension of special leave for parents
The special leave for parents, introduced by the legislative act of 11 March 2020 due to the temporary close-down of schools, is further extended until 10 May.
