Full Biography
Evgenia is a member of our Corporate & Compliance practice. She has experience in corporate law, corporate governance, commercial law and compliance matters. Evgenia focuses on legal advisory regarding general corporate law matters, day-to-day business matters, governance processes and tender procedures. She has also been responsible for the end-to-end management of the operation of corporate bodies (i.e., Committees of the Board of Directors), advised on their operational and governance framework (e.g., Charter updates, internal protocols, drafting agendas and minutes) and provided legal guidance on corporate law issues related to their function and projects.
Evgenia was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2018 and joined our firm in 2023. She is admitted before the Court of First Instance.
