Zepos & Yannopoulos acted as exclusive legal advisor to GREENVOLT, a leading renewables developer and operator in several markets across the globe, on a transaction for the acquisition of a major 200 MW photovoltaic project, in the area of Farsala, Greece, from Archirodon Group. This deal marks a very dynamic step in further growing GREENVOLT’s portfolio in the country.
Our team advised GREENVOLT on all aspects of the transaction, providing full-scope support throughout the due diligence and the negotiations of the share and purchase agreement.
