The completion of the transaction reflects Intragen’ s business goal for continuous development, by adding a Dutch HQ in Utrecht, clients in 10 different countries, multi-year contracts, and a significant delivery team based in Athens.
Our firm acted as the local counsel of the purchaser, under the instructions and the active involvement of Squire Patton Bogs, by conducting the legal due diligence of the Greek subsidiary and advising on the Greek law aspects of the share purchase agreement, working also closely with De Roos on the Dutch law matters of the transaction.
