Zepos & Yannopoulos’ energy practice group acted as legal advisor to HELLENiQ RENEWABLES in a multi-million deal pertaining to the acquisition from LIGHTSOURCE RENEWABLE ENERGY GREECE HOLDINGS (UK) LIMITED of a PV portfolio of up to 180MW in the area of Kozani, Northern Greece. The transaction will be completed upon the start of the commercial operation of the projects.
Our team advised HELLENiQ RENEWABLES on all aspects of the transaction, addressing complex legal matters and providing full-scope legal advice and support throughout the due diligence and the negotiations for the conclusion of the share purchase agreement and the ancillary transaction agreements.
