Full Biography
Nefeli is a member of our corporate and commercial practice. She mainly advises clients on consumer law and market regulation both in wholesale and retail level (B2B & B2C), commercial matters pertaining to the fields of e-commerce, advertising, sales promotions, lotteries & games of chance, product labelling and product compliance, as well as on business crimes and investigations regulatory issues. Furthermore, she focuses on commercial agreements (agency, distribution & franchise) across several industries. Lastly, she assists clients with corporate legal matters, compliance issues and corporate bookkeeping services, as well as with corporate governance matters to M&A transactions, domestic and cross-border.
She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2021 and joined our firm in 2022. Nefeli is admitted before the Court of First Instance.
