Adam Iliou is a member of our corporate commercial practice. He was admitted to the Thessaloniki Bar in 2009 and joined our firm in 2018.
Adam focuses on representing clients before Greek courts in civil and commercial litigation, real estate, contract disputes, tort, foreclosure defense proceedings and debt collection cases. He also regularly advises international and domestic clients on local and international business transactions, including real estate issues and commercial lease agreements. He also has experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
Before joining our firm Adam worked as a litigation lawyer offering legal services in a broad range of practice areas, including commercial law, criminal law, labour law, family and inheritance law and enforcement proceedings. Adam has also been engaged as an intern in arbitration proceedings by providing assistance with the preparation of cases in DIS and ICC arbitrations.
Adam is admitted before the Court of Appeals and works in Greek and English.
